3/8/2022 12:54:36 PM

COLUMBIA, SC (March 8, 2022) – The South Carolina Education Lottery is celebrating its 20th Anniversary with a new series of tickets featuring five of our state’s great cities.

The Scenic South Carolina collection of scratch-offs are on sale now and pay tribute to some of our state’s most iconic and recognizable spots. These tickets were first sold by the Lottery on its opening day of sales on January 7, 2002. Today, these games have been reimagined by Columbia, SC, artist Cait Maloney.

Bright and cheerful, modern illustrations of Columbia’s Gervais Street Bridge, Greenville’s Riverwalk, Charleston’s Rainbow Row, Aiken’s South Boundary Avenue of Oaks and Myrtle Beach’s Boardwalk make up the pleasing artwork for the new $5 scratch-offs.

Players can instantly win prizes up to $200,000 or enter their non-winning Scenic South Carolina tickets in the Lottery’s 20th Anniversary Second-Chance Promotion for a chance to win $2,000!

The set of all five Scenic South Carolina scratch-offs are available at most grocery stores and convenience stores in our state.

And that’s not all. If you like the ticket artwork, the Lottery is giving away a framed print of the winner’s choice of city scenes. Visit the South Carolina Education Lottery’s Facebook, Twitter or Instagram page for official rules and to enter. No purchase is necessary.
