Once you fill out and submit the information below, we will mail you an official application packet. IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Due to global production issues surrounding the hardware necessary for the manufacturing and maintenance of lottery sales terminals (currently printer heads and motherboards), IGT, SCEL’s terminal service vendor, is unable to repair all currently licensed locations. IGT is working with parts producers to increase supplies but the need is a nation-wide problem. These issues may last until late spring. If a lottery license is approved, please be advised that a sales terminal may not be available for your location(s). If no equipment is available, a licensing specialist will be in contact with you.

An EFT Authorization Form (EFT Form) must be submitted during the application process. A separate EFT Form must be filed for each bank account the Retailer uses. By law, Retailers are required to maintain an EFT account that is kept separate from all other Retailer bank accounts.
In the event a Retailer wants to change bank accounts or add locations, the EFT Forms on record with the SCEL must be changed/updated.
If a Retailer uses the same bank account for multiple locations, only one EFT Form must be filed with the SCEL for that single bank account. However, the EFT form must include a separate attachment for each location that will use the single bank account.
