COLUMBIA, SC (December 6, 2016) – Keep it simple. That’s why a Dalzell woman quick picks her lottery numbers.
Last week, the lottery machine spit out five random numbers winning her $100,000. As a result of spending the extra dollar to purchase the Power-up multiplier, her winnings were doubled to $200,000 when a “2” was drawn.
Her husband was the first to know.
He watched the lottery drawing on television and jotted down the Palmetto Cash 5 results. The numbers 10, 15, 16, 26, and 32 matched his wife’s ticket for the drawing on Monday, November 28.
Her reaction to winning, “I’m going shopping, but I would have gone shopping anyway,” she said.
The odds of winning $200,000 playing Palmetto Cash 5 are 1 in 1,003,884.
For selling the claimed ticket, Kwik Mart in Sumter received a commission of $2,000.
