Last week she won $125,000 on the South Carolina Education Lottery’s The Voice® scratch-off ticket.
When asked if she was a fan of the singing competition show, she hesitated.
“No, I didn’t know it was a TV show,” she admitted.
She thought the microphone symbol next to her $125,000 prize was an ice cream cone.
So why that ticket?
“I thought it was an interesting name for a game,” she said.
So she bought two of The Voice® scratch-offs at the Gas Plus #5 on Georgia Ave. in North Augusta.
