The winner, who does not wish to be identified, spent $10 on a MONEY scratch-off at the Quick Pantry #16 on Calhoun Ave. in Greenwood. He scratched the ticket standing inside the store and says when he won, his actions didn’t give anything away.
“I just walked out,” he told South Carolina Education Lottery officials.
He’s keeping a $300,000 secret.
The winner overcame odds of 1 in 660,000 to win $300,000 in the $10 MONEY game. Four top prizes remain.
Quick Pantry #16 in Greenwood received a commission of $3,000 for selling the claimed ticket.
