$2 Million Mega Millions® Ticket Sold in Aiken

COLUMBIA, SC (June 10, 2020) – In last night’s Mega Millions® drawing a player in Aiken won $2 million!

The winning ticket that matched all five white ball numbers drawn was purchased at the Huntsman Markets Shell store at 1830 Huntsman Dr. in Aiken. Because the player purchased Megaplier® for an additional $1, the would be $1 million prize was multiplied to $2 million when a “2” multiplier was selected.

Check your tickets. More than to 13,000 players in South Carolina hold tickets for prizes from $4 up to $2 million. Of these, more than 5,000 players purchased PowerPlay® to see their non-jackpot winnings, excluding the Match 5 prize, multiplied by two. Starting today, South Carolina Education Lottery players will be able to drop off their winning tickets at the Lottery’s Claims Center on Assembly St. in Columbia. Players can drop off claims from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Checks will be mailed to winners within two business days of the drop-off.
