COLUMBIA, SC (July 7, 2023) – Strong sales nationally have driven both the Mega Millions® and Powerball® jackpots higher ahead of their upcoming draws.
Tonight’s Mega Millions® jackpot has been raised to $450 million, an increase of $23 million since Tuesday. Tomorrow night’s Powerball® jackpot has been raised to $615 million, up $25 million since Wednesday’s draw.
If won, the jackpot winner can elect to take a one-time cash payment or the entire jackpot paid out in 30 annual installments over 29 years. Odds of winning the Mega Millions® jackpot are about 1 in 303 million, and the odds of winning the Powerball® jackpot are about 1 in 293 million.
