COLUMBIA, SC (April 8, 2010) – Thousands of dollars in Powerball® prizes will become unclaimed prizes soon unless the winning ticket holders come forward.
A $10,000 Powerball® ticket was sold at Sharpe Shoppe #1 in Blythewood for the October 28, 2009 drawing. The winning numbers were 3, 11, 26, 46 and 51. The Powerball® was 23 and the PowerPlay® was 5. The winning ticket holder only has until April 26, 2010 to claim the prize.
A $10,000 Powerball® ticket was sold at Piedmont Petro Corner Mart #29 in Blacksburg for the November 4, 2009 drawing. The winning numbers were 10, 11, 14, 45 and 51. The Powerball® was 17 and the PowerPlay® was 3. The winning ticket expires on May 3, 2010.
A $40,000 Powerball® ticket was sold at Corner Pantry #121 in Orangeburg for the December 2, 2009 drawing. The winning numbers were 14, 34, 37, 46 and 55. The Powerball® was 37 and the PowerPlay® was 4. The ticket expires on May 31, 2010.
A $10,000 Powerball® ticket was sold at Pitt Stop #43 in Gaston for the December 9, 2009 drawing. The winning numbers were 1, 5, 12, 13 and 58. The Powerball® was 21 and the PowerPlay® was 5. The ticket expires on June 7, 2010.
A $10,000 Powerball® ticket was sold at Hess Mart #40201 in Charleston for the December 30, 2009 drawing. The winning numbers were 5, 14, 38, 39 and 52. The Powerball® was 6 and the PowerPlay® was 3. The ticket expires on June 28, 2010.
A $200,000 Powerball® ticket was sold at Little Giant #4 in Rock Hill for the January 16, 2010 drawing. The winning numbers were 7, 8, 23, 41 and 55. The Powerball® was 23 and the PowerPlay® was 5. The ticket expires on July 15, 2010.
Always check your numbers carefully and sign your winning tickets immediately. Winning ticket holders have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes.
Unclaimed prizes are transferred to the Education Lottery Account for appropriation by the General Assembly to support educational initiatives in South Carolina.
