Inman Woman Wins $1 MILLION on the Way to Church
6/4/2018 12:03:44 PM

COLUMBIA, SC (June 4, 2018) – An Inman woman played the Lottery on her way to church Sunday and won $1 MILLION.

“It’s a miracle,” the millionaire told lottery officials today when she cashed in her winning scratch-off.

She says she went to church as planned and is convinced her good luck was divine. She points out her ticket was the last $10 Extreme Millions scratch-off in the store display, and it was also the last $1 million top prize available the game.

“I feel overwhelmed,” she said with her check in hand. “This is life changing for me and my family.”

To win, she overcame odds of 1 in 1.6 million.

For selling the claimed ticket, Circle K Stores #5370 on the Asheville Hwy. in Inman won too, receiving a commission of $10,000.

Players can enter their non-winning Extreme Millions tickets into a second-chance drawing for a chance to win an additional $1 million prize. For complete details on the Extreme Millions Second-Chance Drawing, please visit sceducationlottery.com.

Since the start of the Lottery in 2002, more than 1.8 million college scholarships and grants have been awarded to South Carolina’s students. In all, more than $4.9 BILLION has been transferred to support educational programs in the Palmetto State.
