Prizes up to and including $500 may be redeemed at any lottery retailer. All prizes of $100,000 or less can be redeemed by mail or at Columbia Claims Center. | DATES TICKETS CANNOT BE SOLD OR VALIDATED The S.C. Lottery Act restricts lottery sales on primary and general election days. General elections are held on the first Tuesday following the first Monday in November in each even‑numbered year. State primaries are conducted on the second Tuesday in June of each general election year. (S.C. Code §§ 7‑13‑10, 7‑13‑15, and 59‑150‑210(E)) The Columbia Claims Center will be open for business and will accept winning tickets, but will not be processing any claim through the system. A check will be mailed to the winners presented on a statewide election day. |
