Columbia, SC (April 7, 2006): The estimated jackpot for Saturday, April 8, 2006, is $195 million. This is the second major jackpot run this calendar year.

“We are always urging our players to play responsibly,” said Ernie Passailaigue, SCEL’s Executive Director.

The current Powerball® run began February 19, 2006. The drawing Saturday night for the $195 million will be the 14th drawing in this run.
