Columbia, SC: South Carolina Education Lottery (SCEL) players who live outside of the Columbia metro area can now call the Lottery without incurring long distance charges. The toll-free number is: 1-866-736-9819.

“Players have been asking for this feature since launch,” said Tony Cooper, SCEL’s Chief Operating Officer. “We hope this lets our players know we listen and respond.”

This number is manned during SCEL’s normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. to answer players concerns. Players can begin using this number immediately.
