$300,000 & $100,000 Palmetto Cash 5 Tickets Sold in SC

COLUMBIA, SC (June 7, 2018) – Last night’s Palmetto Cash 5 drawing produced two top prize wins. Someone in Little River won $300,000 and a player in Greer won $100,000. The lucky Palmetto Cash 5 tickets were bought at the Speedway #4590 at 1444 Hwy. 17 in Little River and at the Lil Cricket #3858 at 1904 Gap Creek Rd. in Greer.

The Palmetto Cash 5 tickets matched all five numbers drawn on Wednesday, June 6, for a prize of $100,000. The Little River ticket holder “Powered-Up” for an additional $1, to see the $100,000 top prize multiplied to $300,000.

More than 5,700 ticket holders will win prizes from $1 up to $300,000 in last night’s Palmetto Cash 5 drawing. More than 4,000 of these spent an extra $1 to purchase the Power-Up multiplier and will have their winnings multiplied by three when claimed. The odds of winning $300,000 playing Palmetto Cash 5 are 1 in 1,606,214. The odds of winning $100,000 are 1 in 501,942.

Proceeds from every dollar spent by players on the South Carolina Education Lottery are returned to the state in the form of funding for education, prizes, retailer commissions, and payment to contractors for goods and services.
