COLUMBIA, SC (June 1, 2017) – A Ladson man says his weekend plans are looking up since winning a $300,000 lottery prize.

“I’ve been buying tickets forever and then, BAM!” he said.

A $10 Mighty Jumbo Bucks scratch-off from the Beer and Tobacco Outlet on N. Main St. in Summerville won it for him.

He’s celebrating the win with friends and buying a new car.

“This is crazy,” he said.

Six top prizes of $300,000 remain in the Mighty Jumbo Bucks game, at odds of 1 in 750,000.

For selling the claimed ticket, Beer and Tobacco Outlet in Summerville received a commission of $3,000.
