Lottery Winner’s Tip to Hopefuls, Just Relax
9/24/2015 10:37:54 AM

COLUMBIA, SC (September 24, 2015) – A Lynchburg man is one cool character when it comes to scratching lottery tickets.

“I like to relax first,” he said.

A calming atmosphere worked for him when he won $200,000 recently. He says he was alone, sitting comfortably out on his porch with his dog at his side when he scratched the winning Big Money ticket to win the game’s final top prize.

And not surprising, he’s keeping the win low key.

Only his wife knows, and he’s planning a serene ocean getaway for just the two of them.

Odds of winning $200,000 playing Big Money are 1 in 600,000.

For selling the claimed ticket, A&J Grocery in Lynchburg received a commission of $2,000.
