Lottery Winner Forgoes Shopping for Relaxation
1/13/2015 8:41:36 AM

COLUMBIA, SC (January 13, 2015) The Lottery checked in with a Summerville woman who cashed in not one, but two winning tickets last week.

No one has to tell me Im lucky, she said. I know it.
A $1,000 win followed by a $200,000 win proves it.

We found her at home, not out spending her prize money.

After years of scratching tickets hoping to win the big one, as she put it, the $200,000 win on a $10 Triple Green 777 ticket at the Oasis One Stop on N. Main St. in Summerville hit her hard.

So shes not rushing into anything.

Im going to sit and unwind for a while, she said, encouraging other winners to do the same.

As of this release, one top prize of $200,000 remains in the $10 Triple Green 777 game. The odds of winning $200,000 are 1 in 600,000.

For selling the claimed ticket, Oasis One Stop in Summerville received a $2,000 commission.
