Ladson Woman Wins $200,000 Again at Christmas

COLUMBIA, SC (December 22, 2014) – A Ladson woman won $200,000 in the Lottery for the second time at Christmas.

Four years ago she won $200,000 in December and won the same prize again off a ticket on Thursday. Both winning scratch-offs were purchased at the Quick Pantry 14 on College Park Rd. in Ladson.

Laughing, she called her daughter from the store to say: “Oops, I did it again.”

And while the first win paid off her house, this recent win has her contemplating retirement.

Is she always this lucky?

"No, I'm not normally lucky at all," she explained. "I’m shocked it happened again."

As of this release, two top prizes of $200,000 remain in the Bring on the Bens game. The odds of winning $200,000 are 1 in 600,000.

For selling the claimed ticket, Quick Pantry 14 in Ladson received a $2,000 commission.
