Player’s Itchy Palm Means Money
4/15/2014 10:11:28 AM

COLUMBIA, SC (April 15, 2014) – Maybe there is something to the superstition an itchy palm means money.

The Lottery’s $100,000 winner from Lane was certainly scratching her palm while waiting on a check for her winnings.

“I can’t repeat what I said when I won,” she said rubbing her hands together. “But I’m glad.”

She says she scratched the $5 Mucho Cash Fiesta ticket sitting in her car in the driveway.

A new car will be parked there soon.

As of this release, four top prizes of $100,000 remain in the Mucho Cash Fiesta game. Odds of winning the top prize are 1 in 480,000.

For selling the claimed ticket, Coopers Country Store in Salters received a commission of $1,000.
