Inman Mother Gifts Daughter a $100,000 Lottery Ticket

COLUMBIA, SC (December 14, 2011) – An Inman woman left Bi-Lo with a sack of groceries and a lottery ticket worth $100,000.

She kept the potatoes, cabbage and bacon. The ticket she gave to her daughter.

“It hasn’t dawned on her yet what I’ve done,” said the mother. “I want her to make it last.”

As of this release, one top prizes of $100,000 remain in the $5 Wheel of Fortune® game.

The odds of winning $100,000 are 1 in 600,000.

Bi-Lo #89 in Inman received a commission of $1,000 for selling the claimed ticket.
