$10,000 Powerball® Ticket Sold in North Charleston Set to Expire

COLUMBIA, SC (September 20, 2011) – $10,000 is waiting for a South Carolina Education Lottery player, but time is running out.

If you purchased a Powerball® ticket from Publix Super Markets #824 at 8409 Dorchester Rd. in North Charleston this past March, you should check your tickets.

The ticket purchased for the March 30 drawing is worth $10,000 and must be claimed no later than Monday, September 26. The ticket matched four white ball numbers and the red Powerball® number.

Check your tickets.

The winning ticket must be claimed by Monday, September 26, 2011.

If the prize is not claimed, the $10,000 winnings will go to fund education.

Proceeds from every dollar spent by players on the South Carolina Education Lottery are returned to the state in the form of funding for education, prizes, retailer commissions, and payment to contractors for goods and services.
