4/19/2011 8:38:47 AM

COLUMBIA, SC (April 19, 2011) A great-grandmother issued a warning before receiving her lottery winnings.

I dont know if Im going to faint, or whats going to happen when I see that check, she said.

The Spartanburg winner did not want to release her name but said she hasnt been acting like herself since scratching the $200,000 lottery ticket.

Her daughter noticed. She was shocked to see her mother pull into the driveway with the car horn blaring announcing to the neighbors the two were headed to Columbia to cash in the Strike it Rich! ticket.

She is ready for the check, said her daughter.

When the great-grandmother took the check, she didnt faint, she stared at it.

I dont believe it, she whispered. Thats my check.

She covered her mouth with both hands and shed a few happy tears.

As of this release, five top prizes of $200,000 remain in the Strike it Rich! game. Odds of winning the top prize are 1 in 480,000.

Sams Corner in Spartanburg sold the winning ticket and received $2,000, a 1 percent retailer commission, once the prize was claimed.
