COLUMBIA, SC (September 28, 2010) – The South Carolina Education Lottery (SCEL) joins in the celebration of Lowcountry cuisine at this year’s Taste of Charleston at Boone Hall Plantation.
Stop by the lottery tent on Sunday, October 10 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. for fun and games, including player favorites Powerball® and Mega Millions® and the new Millionaire Raffle. For every $10 in lottery tickets purchased, a player can spin the prize wheel for exciting promotional items.
Approximately 97 cents of every dollar spent by players on the South Carolina Education Lottery is returned to the state in the form of contributions to education, prizes, retailer commissions, and payment to contractors for goods and services.
