WHAT: The lucky ticket matched all five white ball numbers drawn in the Thursday, July 2 drawing. The winning white ball numbers were 13, 19, 23, 30 and 38. The Power-Up multiplier was 2.

The winning ticket can be claimed at a South Carolina Education Lottery Claims Center, located in Columbia, Greenville and Mt. Pleasant.



Since the Lottery’s inception in 2002, the General Assembly has appropriated more than $2 billion for educational purposes through fiscal year 2009. Approximately 97 cents of every dollar spent by players on the South Carolina Education Lottery is returned to the state in the form of contributions to education, prizes, retailer commissions, and payment to contractors for goods and services.
