Winner Richard Teague, of Gaffney, says he was happy to win $1,000 playing Cash Bonanza Riches. He is still deciding how to use his prize. Teague says the Lottery’s benefit to education is one of the reasons he plays. He bought his ticket at Handy Hut in Gaffney.
