Winner Lynchburg’s Isabella Lowery was happy to win $800 playing Pick 4! She wants to use her winnings to go shopping. Lowery bought her winning ticket at Strickland Grocery in Timmonsville. She feels the Lottery’s support of education is great because it helps others.
