Winner Sum ter’s Sean Loughrey smiled all the way to the claims center to collect the $10,000 he won playing Powerball®! Loughrey says he’ll share his winnings with his parents, who convinced him to buy the ticket at Young’s Food Stores #617 in Sumter. Loughrey quick picked his numbers to come up with the lucky combination. He feels the Lottery’s support of education is a great program.
