Brian Byars was in a state of shock when he told his fellow workers he won $1,000 playing Money Mania. Byars, a resident of Chester, plans to take a vacation to the beach with his winnings. The lucky ticket was bought at Bee’s Food Mart in Chester. The Lottery’s support of education is one of the reasons Byars plays. “I think it’s a great thing to help out our young people,” he said. |
