Winner John Edwin Wright, of Lancaster, felt happy when he discovered he’d won $1,000 playing the scratch-off game Carolina Millionaires Club. According to Wright, the Lottery’s support of education is one of the reasons he plays. He purchased his ticket at Mr. Waffle Truck Stop in Cowpens.
 
Winner “Thank you Lord!” was the first thing Daisy Macon said once she realized that she’d won $20,000 playing Cool Cash Bonus. Macon, a native of Eastover, first shared the good news with the clerk at Youngs Food Stores #656 in Eastover. For now, Macon’s only plan is to finish paying for her car.
 
Winner Juan Lopez was very happy when he realized he’d won $20,000 playing Cool Cash Bonus. The Newberry resident is looking forward to buying a new car with his winnings. He purchased his ticket at Beauty Supply in Newberry.
 
Winner Greg Self was in a state of disbelief after he scratched his Gold and Silver ticket to reveal he’d won $2,500. The Columbia native is looking forward to sharing his winnings with his family and church. He purchased his winning ticket at Leesburg Convenience in Columbia. Self feels the Lottery’s support of education is wonderful.
