Winner Winning the Lottery was an unexpected blessing for Glen Warren, of Tega Cay. He won $1,000 on Powerball®. “I plan to do something for my family,” said Warren. He purchased his ticket from Gate Petroleum in Fort Mill.
 
Winner “I think as long as they use the money for education, it [the Lottery’s support of education] is a good thing,” said Dwayne Conyers, of Sumter. He won $50,000 on Carolina Millionaires Club. Conyers purchased his ticket from Alcolu Exxon in Alcolu.
 
Winner “Now we can finish our house,” said Tony Phillips, of Wagener. He won $5,000 on $250,000 Taxes Paid. Phillips first shared the good news with his wife. He purchased his ticket from Coopers Corner #115 in Lexington.
 
Winner “I’m in favor of lottery dollars supporting education,” said Elizabeth A. Spencer, of Florence. She won $25,000 on Palmetto Pirates. Spencer purchased her ticket from Sav-Way #17 in Florence.
