Regarding the Lottery’s support of education, Stewart feels “it helps a lot of kids that wouldn’t be able to go to school.”
Winner James Trotter, of Lexington, couldn’t believe it when he won $600 playing Palmetto Cash 5. He has decided to donate his winnings to local charities. Trotter bought his lucky ticket from Pitt Stop #39 in West Columbia.
Winner After scratching a Cash Bonanza Riches instant ticket, Terri Parham was elated to learn she won $1,000! A Columbia resident, Parham has decided to use her winnings to buy a few back to school clothes for her children. She purchased her ticket from Sunoco Coop #2635 in Columbia.
