Winner Barry Brunson, of Orangeburg, admits the first person he told he won $1,000 playing $250,000 Taxes Paid was a complete stranger. Brunson purchased his instant ticket at Express Lane in Orangeburg.
 
Winner Georgia resident Steve Justice is a repeat winner with the South Carolina Education Lottery. Recently, he won $750 on the instant ticket $250,000 Taxes Paid. Justice plans to use the winnings for home improvements. He purchased his instant ticket at Gas Plus #1 in North Augusta.
 
Winner Kyle Jones, of Lugoff, will invest his lottery winnings. He was shocked to discover he won $1,000 on Carolina Millionaires Club. Jones purchased his ticket at Circle K Stores #5371 in Lugoff.
