Winner The first person a shocked Julie Therrell, of Charlotte, N.C., told when she won $15,000 playing Carolina Gold, was her equally shocked fiancé! She purchased her lucky lottery ticket from Gate Petroleum Co #326 in Fort Mill. Julie plans to use her recent winnings to buy some things for her kids and share her winnings with her parents. Also, Julie thinks the Lottery’s support of education is a blessing for the children of South Carolina.
Winner Nicole Gist of Greenville cried tears of joy after winning $1,000 on the $32,000 Red Hot Bingo instant ticket. She plans to purchase new clothes for her children. Nicole purchased her winning ticket at Spinx #126 in Greer.
Winner Sharon Porter of Enoree was in total shock when she found out she won $1,000 by purchasing the instant ticket $100 Million Cash Bonanza. Sharon is very glad lottery dollars support education, because she has two very special grandchildren who are reaping the benefits from obtaining a good education. This lucky lady purchased her winning ticket at the Lil’ Cricket #213 in Woodruff.
