Howe bought his lucky ticket from Quick E Mart in Clover. According to Howe, the only good reason to play is because the funds support education.
Winner After scratching a Wild Cherries instant ticket, Eugene Gallant was elated to learn he won $1,500. A native of Charlotte, NC, Gallant first shared the good news with his mother. He purchased his ticket from Petro Express #47 in Clover. Gallant believes the Lottery’s support of education is a great idea.
