Winner After checking his Pick 4 ticket, Richard Blanks, of Charlotte, NC, was excited. He won $1,200 and plans to use his winnings to take a vacation. Blanks purchased the lucky lottery ticket from Carowinds Convenience in Fort Mill. He believes the Lottery’s support of education is great.
 
Winner James Barr is the first to admit his winning Pick 3 numbers came to him in a dream. Those lucky numbers won the Charlotte, NC resident $540. He plans on using his winnings to pay bills. Barr purchased his winning ticket from Petro Express #26 in Fort Mill. He believes the Lottery’s support of education is good.
 
Winner “Good,” thought Isiah Blakney, of Blacksburg, when he discovered he won $2,700 playing Pick 4. He plans to share some of his winnings with his family. Blakney bought his lucky lottery ticket from Corner Stop #9 in Blacksburg.
 
Winner Charles Kelly Jr. rushed to tell his wife he won $1,000 playing $100,000 Club. He plans to use the winnings to purchase school supplies. A Darlington resident, Kelly purchased his lottery ticket from Mini Mart Phillip 66 in Darlington.
