Winner Lucretia Arthur, of Westminister, won $1,000 playing the instant game Mad Money. "I screamed and jumped up and down," she said of learning of her win. She claimed her prize January 11. Her winning ticket was purchased from Walhalla Food Store in Walhalla.
 
Winner Daniel Dobbs, of Taylors, won $16,000 playing the instant game 4 of a Kind. He plans to put his winnings into savings. Dobbs claimed his prize January 10. His winning ticket was purchased from Spinx #126 in Greer.
