Winner Joanne Brown, of Walhalla, won $999 playing Best of 3. She claimed her prize February 17. Her lucky ticket was purchased from Bountyland Quick Stop in Seneca.
 
Winner Brenda Vissage, of Williamston, can consider herself part of the winner's circle now. She won $1,200 playing Palmetto Cash 5. "I'm very excited," she said. "I have never won anything!" Vissage claimed her winnings February 17. Her winning ticket was purchased from Fast Fuel #9 in Williamston.
 
Winner Gayle Speaks, of Durham, N.C., won $2,700 playing Pick 4. He claimed his prize February 16. He purchased his ticket from Kwik Fill, Inc. #21 in Bennettsville.
 
Winner Sandford, N.C., resident Charles Powers was looking for a reason to visit Columbia -- and he got it. He had to claim $540 in Pick 3 winnings. He claimed the prize February 15. His ticket was purchased from Bharati, Inc. in Wallace.
