Winner Luck smiled on Gayle Speaks, of Durham, once again. The day after Speaks claimed a Pick 4 prize, he claimed another -- $2,700 on February 17. He purchased his winning ticket from Kwik Fill, Inc. #21 in Bennettsville.
 
Winner Paul Vaughan, of Hendersonville, N.C., won $999 playing Best of 3. But it took some convincing. "I had to look at the ticket several times to be sure it was a winner," he said. Vaughan claimed his winnings February 18. His lucky ticket was purchased from Diamond B Kwik Shops in Landrum.
 
Winner Emanuel Houey, of Shelby, N.C., won $5,000 playing Pick 4. He claimed his prize February 18. His winning ticket was purchased from the Kangaroo store in Gaffney.
 
Winner Johnny Millwood, of Spartanburg, won $1,000 playing $32,000 Red Hot Bingo. He plans to save the money for his son's college fund. He claimed his prize February 17. His lucky ticket was purchased from Southern Convenience #319 in Spartanburg.
