Winner Janet Lord, of Blenheim, won $1,000 playing Giant Jumbo Bucks. She said winning proves her "belief that there are good prizes." Lord claimed her prize June 8. Her lucky ticket was purchased from Kwik Fill Inc. #21 in Bennettsville.
Winner Charles Carroll, of Gastonia, N.C., won $900 playing Palmetto Cash 5. He said the prize means more "money in the bank." He claimed his prize June 9. His winning ticket was purchased from Dixie Diner in Bowling Green.
Winner Carla Smith, of Yuclapa, Calif., won $10,000 playing Cash Bonanza 2. She said she'll have a better idea of how she will use the money "after the initial shock" wears off. She claimed her prize June 9. Her lucky ticket was purchased from Piedmont Petro Corner Mart #38 in Greenville.
Winner Veronica Newman, of Pickens, won $2,700 playing Pick 4. She plans to share her winnings with her church and family. Newman, who claimed her prize June 6, purchased her ticket from Winn Dixie #1244 in Pickens.
