Winner A lucky guess turned into a $2,500 prize for Phillip Smith, of Charlotte, who won playing Pick 4. He claimed his prize October 18. The winning ticket was purchased at Carowinds Convenience in Fort Mill.
Winner Otis Pressley,of Laurel Hill, N.C., cashed in on his luck, winning $1,300 playing Lucky 13. He claimed his prize October 15. The lukcy ticket was purchased at McColl Quick Shop #1 in McColl.
Winner Robert Fowler, of Bostic, N.C., won $1,000 playing Carolina Payout. He claimed his winnings October 15. His lucky ticket was purchased at Free Time Convenience #1 in Chesnee.
Winner Ken Holcomb, of Boiling Springs, won the $1 million prize October 14 in SCEL's Carolina Millionaire second-chance summer promotion. Holcomb was one of 10 finalists vying for the prize. The giveaway was held at the State Fair.
