Winner An anniversary date gave Garden City's Kristin Blackburn a reason to celebrate. She won $2,600 in Pick 4. She claimed her prize October 26. The winning ticket was purchased at The Pantry #909 in Myrtle Beach.
Winner Joe Brown Jr., of Aberdeen, N.C., won $2,600 playing Pick 4. He was so happy, he planned to come to South Carolina and play the lottery again. Brown claimed his prize October 26. His winning ticket was purchased at Anderson Deli in Rock Hill.
Winner Barbara Foster, of Columbia, said she nearly fainted when she realized she won $5,000 playing the scratch-off game Carolina Crossword. She claimed her prize October 25. Her winning ticket was purchased at Corner Pantry #133 in Columbia.
Winner Phyllis Broach, of Adams Run, did a double take when she realized she won big playing the instant game Jumbo Bucks. "I thought I won $5,000," she said. "Not $50,000!" But she did. She claimed her winnings, all $50,000, October 25. The ticket was purchased at Quick Stop in Charleston.
