Winner Terry Shields, of Shelby, N.C., won $5,000 going for the Powerball jackpot. With a happy "yahoo," Shields said his family will be on the receiving end of his win. He claimed his prize November 18. The winning ticket was purchased at Li'l Cricket #207 in Cowpens.
 
Winner A lucky guess made Nathaniel Smith a lucky man. The Grover, N.C., resident won $5,400 playing Pick 4. He said he was "almost in a state of shock" but looks forward to a "big Christmas." He claimed his prize November 18. His lucky ticket was purchased at Shergill Food Mart in Blacksburg.
 
Winner Rachael Nalley, of Pickens, said she was "very excited" to win $10,000 playing Carolina Payout. She claimed her prize November 11. Her winning ticket was purchased at Tobacco Warehouse #1 in Pickens.
 
Winner Joel Farrow, of Wrightsville Beach, N.C., won $2,900 playing Pick 4. He claimed his prize November 17. His winning ticket was purchased at State Line Mini Mart in Little River.
