Winner Betty Huell, of Salters, was "so surprised and happy" to win $2,700 in Pick 4. She plans to tithe off her winnings, which she claimed November 16. Her winning ticket was purchased at Angler's #14 in Georgetown.
Winner Allen Bell Jr., of Charlotte, has definite plans for his $2,700 in Pick 4 winnings -- "have fun with my wife." Bell claimed his winnings November 16. His winning ticket was purchased at Carowinds Exxon Shop in Fort Mill.
