Retailer Commission: For every lottery ticket sold, a licensed retailer receives a 7 percent commission.

Sales Incentives: Once claimed, lottery retailers also earn a 1 percent incentive for selling a ticket with winnings of $10,000 or more.  The selling incentive is capped at $50,000.
