• Purchase a ticket consisting of 5 Powerball® plays and 5 PowerPlays® on the same ticket for a total $10 purchase.
• An entry form will be automatically printed for you at the terminal.  
• Completely fill out the entry form and mail for your chance to appear as a contestant on the Carolina Power Deal show! (only one entry per envelope)  

Mail in your completed entry forms to:
