Clean up SC with Clean$weep! Be environmentally responsible, and you could win $50! It’s easy! Just collect 10 non-winning instant tickets and enter them in the Clean$weep second-chance drawing. Clean$weep is a joint effort between the South Carolina Education Lottery and PalmettoPride to encourage players to properly dispose of non-winning lottery tickets. Take Pride. Take Responsibility. Clean$weep Drawings • Second-chance drawings will be held each month. • 100 monthly entrants will win $50 each. • Each entry is good for only one of twelve monthly second-chance drawings. How To Enter  • Collect 10 non-winning Instant game “scratch” tickets of any game in any combination. • Fill in the back of at least one ticket with your name, complete address, phone number and signature. Then put them in a letter or business-sized envelope. Each envelope is considered one entry. More than ten qualifying tickets in a single envelope will not count as multiple entries.
