Lee Edwards

Lee Edwards is a Charleston Native and lives in the West Ashley area of Charleston with his wife, the former Darla Nettles of Walterboro.

Edwards has served as an elected official with the St. Andrews Public Service District, where he served as Chairman of the Budget Committee. During Edwards’s tenure as Budget Chair, property taxes were reduced by 26%.

Edwards has served on the Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester Council of Governments, and was the representative from that organization to the South Carolina Association of Regional Governments.

Edwards is the owner of Lee Edwards Music Services which provides consulting and music services to the hospitality industry.

Edwards has attended the College of Charleston and Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts.
